1. Service Description

Saling Alir provides WhatsApp Business API message forwarding services. We relay messages between WhatsApp and your configured webhook endpoints.

2. User Responsibilities

You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business API policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API credentials and webhook endpoints.

3. Service Limitations

Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for message delivery failures caused by third-party services, network interruptions, or API changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required otherwise by law.
