2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate the forwarding service: process messages, manage your account, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Retention

We retain message logs for up to 90 days. Account data is retained until you request deletion. You may request data export or account deletion at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

Message forwarding routes through Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Data processing follows Meta's terms. We do not sell your data to third parties.
